The intent behind marketing Paramount Growth’s “Volcanite” is mainly to engage the extremely large Fertilizer industry with an entirely new environmentally sustainable solution by supplying growers with a chemical-free product that re-mineralizes the earth and stimulates growth. 

It is most opportune that an all natural product has become available to the growing community at a time when environmental sustainability is of major concern for the survival of the planet.

Up to the present, Paramount has successfully attracted Angel Investors who have seen the profitable opportunity evident in our Company. In order to attract and welcome future investors, Paramount has developed an Offering Memorandum (O.M.) which allows for larger and more sophisticated investors to become involved. The O.M. now allows Paramount to publicly present its equity investment opportunity in compliance with the rules and regulations of the British Columbia Securities Commission.

As the Company builds increasing revenues from sales, the need for equity funding and investor participation will decline proportionately.
